HOW MUCH DOES SERVICE COST?
Typically, most 2 story medium size homes, when the windows are cleaned inside and out along with any screens, tracks, sills and door thresholds, it runs around $150-180. Smaller homes average between $80 and $150 for the same level of service. We are willing to work with you and have cleaning packages available for any budget. Palmer window cleaning is licensed and insured and we have top of the line equipment for everything for all of our services. We will not be the cheapest window cleaner if that's all you're looking for. But we will give you a good price and make sure that you are happy with it and we deliver on what we say we will do every time. We normally go by the number of window panes. Small panes are $3 inside and out. Medium panes are $4-5 inside and out and Large panes are $6-7 inside and out. Other things do go into our pricing, but that is the basics if you want to count your own windows and get a general idea of how much it will cost. We've learned that people would rather pay a little bit more and feel great about the finished product than save a few dollars and feel they didn't get a good value.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
We service Southern Arizona. The greater Tucson area, Sahuarita and Green Valley Arizona. We will drive up to Oro Valley and Marana to do a job but we might have to give the initial quote over the phone. If you live in Southern Arizona and I didn't mention your town. Give us a call and certain arrangements can be made. We will either do the job our self or recommend a skilled technician in your area.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE MY WINDOWS CLEANED?
Most of our customers have the windows in their homes washed 2 to 4 times a year; however, some prefer cleanings every month while others are on a yearly schedule. We don't recommend waiting much longer than a year to clean them because a thick build-up of dirt on your windows can lead to stains and hard water spots.

You choose when you would like a call (for most people it tends to be about six months) and we will contact you! many of our customers take part in this service because it saves them the inconvenience of trying to find our contact info every time but also eliminates the need for another estimate or further paperwork. Everything is kept on file and all we have to do is set up a time!

WHAT TIMES/DAYS OF THE WEEK DO YOU DO CLEANINGS?
We try to schedule most of our cleanings Monday through Friday 6:00 am-5:00 pm and do our best to keep Saturday open for those who cannot make an appointment during the week. We offer a wide variety of different cleaning times each day. We want your life to be interrupted as little as possible.
DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE THERE WHILE THE CLEANING IS DONE?
Not necessarily, if we are washing the interior of the windows, access to the home would need to be provided. Beyond that, we do require authorized acceptance before starting the job that says that we may proceed with the services as priced.
